....and from.....
Jane Perry (organist)
To Whom It May Concern:
I am one of the organists at Grace Free Lutheran
Church in Bruce, SD. It was our pleasure working with Peggy; she has so
much energy and has a wonderful personality. She was very thorough in
showing us how to use the new organ and informed us that we can call her
anytime should we have questions. I have called her many times, and she
always promptly returns my call or email and is always able to walk me
through any difficulties I may be having. She was so helpful when she
came to install our organ and was very competent in hooking up all the
wiring. She even came back to Bruce and played organ for one of our
church services so the congregation had the opportunity to hear many of
the wonderful capabilities/various sounds our organ has.
I like that the organ has 20 memories; it is very nice
having my own memory to save settings for some of my favorite songs,
along with many other presets which I can use from other memories. I
have really enjoyed using the orchestral sounds; I enjoy the sound, plus
I like the fact that I can play songs on the organ that I would normally
have to play on the piano and use the damper pedal to connect the
sounds. The orchestral setting seems to hold the sound and make it more
legato. Additionally, I like the fact that we have three volume pedals –
a separate swell and great pedal, along with a crescendo pedal, which is
a nice option to use for an impressive finish for some hymns.
Please feel free to contact me should you have any
questions.
Blessings!
